Mansehra Consumer Helpline Consumer Helpline (CH) is a project of CWS-P/A and has been working in Mansehra (NWFP) since April 2007. It is funded through Christian Aid, and is managed by Punjab Lok Sujhag- a local partner of CWS-P/A. The project is unique in terms of the service it provides to the beneficiaries and is working with the purpose of safeguarding humanitarian and consumer rights of the people. It is a neutral and external complaint cell which receives various grievances from earthquake affectees and strives to get them resolved by referring them to the relevant authorities with all the documentary evidence. |
