2010 HAP Standard in Accountability and Quality Management in Urdu

 

CWS-P/A’s Strengthening Humanitarian Assistance (SHA) program recently completed the Urdu translation of HAP 2010 Standard in Accountability and Quality Management. The translation was shared with and reviewed by the Accountability and Learning Working Group (ALWG) in Islamabad to ensure quality, promote its use, and continue CWS-P/A’s coordination efforts with all ALWG members.

As an implementation tool, the 2010 edition assists organizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their aid delivery and interaction with those they serve. The printed version of the translation will be available in the coming weeks as part of CWS-P/A’s efforts to continue to promote quality and accountability throughout the country.

In December, members of the Japan-based Quality and Accountability Working Group, including CWS-Asia/Pacific, completed the Japanese translation of the 2010 HAP Standard in Accountability and Quality Management.
